We are dedicated to empowering the youth in our community through education and culture. As part of our mission, we offer music CDs and movie and concert DVDs that feature iconic artists and their live performances. Not only are these products entertaining, but they are also culturally enriching. All proceeds from sales of our merchandise go towards our fundraising efforts. We are also planning annual concert series in the Baltimore Metropolitan area as well as an African Diaspora film festival with food, arts, crafts, and lectures.
We believe that "Knowledge is Power" and we offer Financial Literacy workshops to promote investments in the future. These workshops provide access to life insurance and retirement products as well as will/trust/and estate planning. Mom and Dad were well-educated in financial planning through life insurance, real estate, and investments. As a result, they left a will, property, and an inheritance. What better way to honor them than to give back to the community that they served through education, legal, notarial services, and estate planning assistance. In doing so, we are fulfilling three major tenets of Judaism, kibud av va em [honoring father and mother], tikkun olam [repairing the world], and tzedakah [justice through giving freely].
We believe proper financial education is integral for people to make informed decisions about their finances. During these sessions, our team of experienced professionals will provide individualized guidance, sparking conversations and addressing financial topics that each age group can relate to.
